saucha social

nature cleanups w/ a tasty treat

saucha offers a welcoming environment where individuals can come together to forge connections while collectively working to purify and restore our external surroundings, mirroring the process of inner purification and balance.

saucha (pronounced sow-cha) is a sanskrit term that translates to "purity" or "cleanliness." in the context of yoga philosophy and spirituality, saucha refers to both physical and mental purity.

it involves cleansing and purifying one's body, mind, and environment to achieve a state of inner clarity and balance. this practice emphasises maintaining cleanliness in all aspects of life, including hygiene, diet, thoughts, and surroundings, to promote overall well-being and spiritual growth.

think of saucha as a safe space to come together to socialise, reflect, and spend time offline from the digital realm whilst we clean up our beaches, parks, and natural spaces.
